We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to the detailed policy below.

1. 🗓️ Return Period and Eligibility

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of successful delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Required Proof: Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. 📧 Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@greaternoidaland.com with your order number and the detailed reason for return.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Please ship the item back within 14 days of receiving return approval.

3. 💲 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Paid: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect item/size ordered by the customer.
  • Greaternoidaland Paid: We will provide a free prepaid return shipping label if the product is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly compared to your original order (see Section 7).

4. 💸 Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–10 Business Days.
  • Method: The money will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • Original Shipping Fees: The original shipping fee ($6.99) is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. 🔁 Exchanges

  • If you require a different size or color, please specify this when submitting your return request email. Exchanges are subject to the stock availability of the replacement product.
  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

6. ❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

7. 🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you (including free return shipping).
