- Address Change Request: If you need to adjust the address, please make the request within the 4-hour window following the process outlined above.
- Incorrect Address Issues: Any non-delivery issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer (e.g., missing apartment number, non-existent address) will not be the liability of Greaternoidaland.
- In such cases, we cannot guarantee a refund or re-shipment. A re-shipment fee may apply if the package is returned to us and you wish to have it sent out again.
